Fast and easy. Credit card information is secure. Donors receive instant confirmation that their gift has been received by Climate Central. Gifts types include:

  • One time or monthly (recurring) gift 
  • Tribute: make your gift in honor or in memory of someone special. The honoree you designate will receive notification that a gift was made in his or her honor.

Matching Gifts

Double or triple your impact. Ask if your employer has a matching gift program.

Tribute Gifts

Make a gift to Climate Central in honor of or in memory of a friend or loved one.  Honorees receive a letter sharing the news of your gift in their name.  You can do this on our website or by sending a check made payable to Climate Central to:

IRA Contribution

Annual withdrawals from traditional retirement accounts are required after age 70½, and the penalty for skipping a required minimum distribution is significant. By donating money from your IRA directly to Climate Central you can avoid income tax on required withdrawals. For more information about IRA contributions, please contact us.

Planned Giving

Two popular ways to give are through a will or living trust. Please contact us for sample language. You can also support Climate Central by naming us as a beneficiary on a life insurance policy, retirement plan or commercial annuity.
